At Unboxify, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
